Honda Parts Manufacturing Corporation (HPMC) is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., established in December 1992 and located in Laguna Technopark, Biñan City, Philippines. Specializing in automotive components manufacturing, HPMC initially produced stamped service parts and later expanded in July 2002 to begin large‑scale production of manual transmissions, achieving an annual capacity of around 140,000 units by late 2003. Employing roughly 300 to 500 skilled associates, the facility supplies transmissions and other parts to Honda plants across Southeast Asia and Europe under Honda’s "Made by Global Honda" strategy. In recent years, HPMC has also collaborated with academic institutions—such as signing a partnership in March 2025 with MFI Polytechnic Institute to provide student On‑the‑Job Training opportunities, reflecting its commitment to technical education and workforce development.
