Golden Sands Destination Resorts Cebu, formerly Del Sands, is a luxury resort located in Daanbantayan, at the northernmost tip of Cebu. The 25 hectare property boasts of a 1.7 kilometer powdery white sand beach, the longest in the island of Cebu. The resort started as a vacation house for the Sandoval family, who now wish to share its beauty with everyone. Golden Sands Destination Resorts Cebu is very close to Malapascua Island (one of Cebu's premier dive spots), Kalanggaman Island, and Kinatarcan Island, touted to be the center of biodiversity in the whole Philippine archipelago.
