It depicts his warm-hearted humanity and deep concern for the welfare of his fellowmen. It also pictures his unceasing service and devotion to myriad philanthropic causes. By virtue of his commitment and dedication to serve the nation, he established GLOBAL RECIPROCAL COLLEGES, INC. (GRC) in order to provide the less fortunate and less privileged a chance to study and transform into graduates with full competence in their field of specialization. Global Reciprocal Colleges is an institution with big dreams for the Filipino Youth. It caters to the marginalized and the less privileged. The College aims to see transformed lives through a values-centered tertiary education and skills training.
