The EPMPC StoryExcellent People's Multi-Purpose Cooperative (EPMPC) started in 2004 with a vision to create a membership base and a community where each member is cared for and has the opportunity to live better. From its humble beginnings of 15 employees, it is now recognized as the Most Outstanding Cooperative (Large – Millionaire Category) by the Cooperative Development Authority in its Annual Gawad Parangal. Initially, it offers savings and loan facilities for its members. As the Cooperative continuous to grow in membership and clientele, it has expanded its services to manpower management and supply services. Milestones continue to breakthrough. In 2010, it was able to hit the mark of a "Century Coop," posting more than P100M in terms of total assets. In 2014, EPMPC had a compounded annual growth rate of 30.04% in the total number of members. After 12 years since its inception, EPMPC was able to post a compounded annual rate of 59.95% in assets, closing the year 2016 with 10,058 members. And as if that's not enough success, EPMPC has achieved its "First Billion" in Service Fee Income with a high growth rate of 24% in 2016.Responding to this unstoppable growth, EPMPC expanded its headquarters in Taguig to accommodate more members and clients. It has also built its footprint in the Visayas region with a satellite office in Cebu in 2010 and it also opened its doors in Mindanao in 2013 with an office in Davao. Moving forward, EPMPC is fearless in its quest to go beyond what is expected. In its boldest move yet, it has launched Vision 20|20, which aims to achieve the dream of becoming the leading primary cooperative in the country by providing diversified services and ensuring members welfare. By the year 20|20, EPMPC envisions itself as becoming the preferred job contractor capitalizing on its strong credential as a legitimate organization having complied with all relevant government regulations. This is likewise backed by an undisputed reputation of continuously serving better and multi-awarded in its field as both a job contractor and a Cooperative of people.
