Founded by William A. Chittick, the company specialized in Fire Protection Systems and installed the first Automatic Sprinkler System in the Country. Chittick was acquired by the Wormald Group, then the largest independent Fire Protection company worldwide, and expanded its operations on a nationwide basis. Returned to Philippine ownership and diversified into Special Hazards Fire Protection for selective market segments and industries. A joint venture partnership with Siemens enabled the company to diversify further into Integrated Fire Protection and Security Systems. With a Portfolio of Diversified Solutions, Chittick strengthened its market position and continues to expand further into more complex Integrated Fire and Security Solutions.
