Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev) is Davao City’s premier property developer and real estate pioneer. Alsons Dev was founded in 1962 by the late Conrado C. Alcantara, one of Davao’s industrial pioneers. It is a member of the Alcantara Group, a Mindanao-based diversified conglomerate composed of more than 20 corporations. The Alcantara Group has interests in some of the country’s major industries, including aquaculture, agriculture, construction, power generation and wood processing.
