• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs and servicing schedules.
• Prepare vehicles for disposal in accordance with the vehicle replacement program requirements
• Lead a team of mechanics, helper mechanics & support staff, providing guidance, training and performance evaluation.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operation and vehicles.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3-5 years work related experience
• Must have mechanical knowledge in repairs and spare parts of heavy equipment vehicles
• Ability to organize workload and priorities under pressure
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize motorpool efficiency
