Helps to ensure the achievement of daily production plans for welding; abides by code of discipline and standard operating procedures; able to follow work instructions and collaborate with other operators in order to approve productivity and product quality.

1.      Operates MIG, TIG, Robot, and/or Laser welding machine

2.      Ensures the quality of products being worked on through grinding and alignment

3.      Learns skills that will improve productivity

4.      Safekeeping of tools and equipment is used in performing work-related tasks

5.      Immediately reports to leadman, any abnormality or irregularity regarding items produced, tools, equipment, and processes

6.      Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.

7.      Able to suggest improvements in work productivity and product quality

8.      Able to perform basic preventative maintenance of equipment and tools

9.      Ensures 7s is maintained

10.   Performs other related tasks from time to time

1.      At least high school graduate or relevant vocational course

2.      At least 1 year working experience in a related field

3.      Preferably 1-4 years experience in manufacturing/production operations or equivalent

4.      Must possess reasonable analytical skill.

5.      Able to work with minimal supervision

6.      Team player

Mondays to Saturdays, 7am - 4pm with frequent paid overtime
