Maintenance: Maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment.
Safety: Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
Collaboration: Working with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Welding Experience: Proven experience as a welder, with a focus on aluminum welding.
Welding Techniques: Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Metalworking: Experience with cutting, grinding, and other metalworking processes.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures.
Attention to Detail: Precise and accurate work to ensure quality welds.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical training or certifications preferred.
