• Implement and develop ServiceNow solutions, including complex system integrations across business functions.
• Perform hands-on scripting and customization using Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Design and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and create scripted APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Configure and manage authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, certificates, and MID Servers.
• Manage and support HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Document Management modules within ServiceNow.
• Develop custom applications and support LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO integrations for enterprise environments.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and 8+ years in the IT industry.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Proven experience in designing and modifying complex integrations and applying ServiceNow best practices.
