• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in PEZA regulations, licensed forklift operator, knowledge of semiconductor handling, and expertise in electronic parts management.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Strong understanding of warehousing processes and systems.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
