الوصف

  • Oversees daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and customer service.
  • Assess abd prioritize incident within Warehouse Management System(WMS) based on their impact on day-to-day operations and implement effective triage processes.
  • Provide on-going user support and training to warehouse personnel in WMS functionalities and best practices
  • Develop and maintain accurate data within WMS, including product information, inventory level and order details.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and potential bottlenecks within the fulfillment center operations

المتطلبات

  • College Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any relevant business management course
  • At least 3-5 years managerial experience in the same set-up
  • Knowledgeable in WMS operations, able to train personnel on WMS functionalities and best practices
  • with data analytic and problem-solving skills pertaining to warehouse management system issues, inventory level and order details concern
  • Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
