Qualifications:

• Vocational Graduate or College level
• At least two (2) years of relevant working experience
• Preferably with experience in a manufacturing company, with knowledge of steel materials and welding consumables
• With experience using ERP systems
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Computer literate, detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision, with strong safety awareness
• Amenable to work on-site in Bicutan, Taguig City
• Can start immediately

Job Description:

• Supervise receiving, storage, and issuance of steel materials and welding consumables
• Supervise loading and delivery of finished goods (FG) to ensure correct quantity and condition
• Ensure accurate inventory records and ERP system entries
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies
• Enforce First In, First Out (FIFO), proper tagging, safety and housekeeping
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and QA/QC
• Lead and guide warehouse personnel
• Practice 5S in the workplace to ensure a safe and organized environment
• Uphold and protect the company’s image and reputation at all times
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
