• Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
• Supervise and control warehouse operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
• Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.

Merchandise Distribution

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise.
• Ensure timely delivery of the product to the customer on time using appropriate procedures.

Inventory Management

• Supervise actual merchandise count and checking of specifications against delivery documents; Investigate discrepancies/damages and submit reports to Warehouse Manager/Department Manager.
• Supervise proper handling and storing of merchandise.

People Management

• Coach the team in order that a common goal is focused upon and those business objectives are met consistently.
• Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements within the warehouse.
• Train employees on the job and recommend appropriate training of existing/potential subordinates.
• Make suggestions on manpower requirements of his section.
• To practice punctuality and always be responsible to all the task/s entrusted to you.
• To practice courteousness to Managers, officers, and staff always
