- With at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a logistics background
- Good excel and communication skills
- Focus on investigation and determining liable regions for (lost, delay, damage) parcels
- Investigation or paralegal background is acceptable
- Review and evaluate logistics-related claims, including freight charges, delivery discrepancies, damages, losses, delays, and contract compliance.
- Investigate each case by gathering shipment records, tracking data, carrier communications, and contractual terms.
- Prepare arbitration files, supporting evidence, and case summaries for internal decision-makers or external arbitrators.
- Facilitate resolution between carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders through negotiation or mediation.
