Job Title: Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor (Catering Operations)

Salary: ₱22,000

Requirements:

• 3 years proven experience in warehouse and logistics supervision
• Experience in catering is a must
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to analyze data and improve processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Physical ability to oversee warehouse activities
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that stock areas, including shelves and storage spaces, are clean, organized, and free from hazards
• Manage inventory levels by counting, recording, and organizing stock items; ensure proper labeling and storage practices
• Inspect and maintain catering materials and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition; report any issues to supervisors
• Ensure that items are easily accessible and properly stored
• Assist in catering service operations by arranging needed materials and equipment with the help of delivery helpers
• Oversee ingress and egress operations
• Handle delivery, setup, and retrieval of catering equipment for events
• Ensure equipment is properly washed, maintained, and restocked after use
• Request and coordinate delivery helpers for operational support
• Prepare inventory reports and breakage reports per event
