- Greet and engage with guests, offering knowledgeable recommendations on our craft beer selection.
- Serve beer directly from our KegStation, ensuring proper pouring techniques and an excellent guest experience.
- Take and prepare orders for both drinks and food items, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom, including the bar area and seating.
- Assist with events, beer tours, and special promotions within the taproom.
- Upsell products, such as mini kegs and merchandise, to customers.
- Provide excellent service by handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and managing inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in food and beverage service.
- Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Passionate about craft beer, with a willingness to learn more about our products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role and the company.
- Team player with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
- Ability to follow food and beverage safety guidelines.
