Job Summary:

As a Waiter at Yue, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering attentive and courteous service to guests while showcasing the elegance and traditions of Chinese hospitality. You will ensure a seamless dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner

- Present menus, explain dishes (especially traditional Chinese cuisine), and make recommendations

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar

- Serve food and drinks promptly and with attention to detail

- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues courteously

- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

- Process payments accurately and efficiently

- Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

Requirements:

- Malaysian citizen or student (SPM leavers encouraged to apply)

- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage, but not required

- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

- Ability to communicate in Chinese is a strong advantage

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

- Team player with a positive and respectful demeanor
