  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area.

  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in restaurant or banquet service preferred.

  • Working Conditions: Requires standing for long periods in a dynamic hotel or restaurant setting.
