This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Officer located in Metro Manila. The Visa Officer will be responsible for processing travel documents such as visas and flag state seaman’s books, coordinating with embassies, and ensuring compliance with immigration policies. Daily tasks include handling visa applications, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations, providing customer service to seafarers, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed and filed accurately.

• Experience in handling visa applications and understanding immigration issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service capabilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and communication purposes
• Relevant experience in maritime or seafaring industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
