JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related course
• At least 5 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative functions
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage
• Willing to work fully onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Process employment permits and visas, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
• Ensure adherence to labor and immigration laws, maintaining all processes in line with regulations
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records to support HR and administrative operations
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation for visitors
• Provide administrative support to various internal departments as needed
• Oversee factory cleanliness and ensure a safe, well-organized working environment
