The Role:

Draft up property valuation reports for the valuer.

We inspect the property and provide you with all the information. You need to enter this information into the Word Document to prepare the draft. Once done, the Valuer will conduct the assessment and finish the report.

We will also like someone to assist in preparing quotations and sending invoices.

We would like someone to assist with Quality Assurance review (QA) as well.

Experience:

We are looking for someone with exposure and existing experience working in Australia in Property Valuation.

We are Property Valuers and conduct valuations of various types. All the reports are prepared on Microsoft Word.

We have existing templates that you can use to fill in, but it is important that you have an understanding of how property valuation works.

Basic administration skills is also preferable.
