- Encoding the personal information of graduates from the years 2019 to 2024 into the designated database or system.

- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data being entered.

- Reviewing and verifying information to minimize errors and ensure completeness.

- Working closely with the yearbook team to ensure all required data is captured for publication.

- Assisting with any additional data entry tasks related to the project as needed.

The Data Encoder will work under tight deadlines to ensure that the yearbook can be published on schedule. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently within the three-month project timeline.
