NeXT Software OPC is seeking a creative, detail-driven Multimedia Content Creator to produce engaging video and visual content across our client projects, and company campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys telling stories through videos and visuals. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life—whether it's editing a promo reel, designing thumbnails, or crafting compelling visual ads.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

• Delivers consistent, high-quality videos that align with brand messaging and client goals.
• Shows initiative and creativity when translating scripts or ideas into visual content.
• Balances speed and quality in editing, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing visual impact.

• Edit short and long-form videos for client projects, social media, and YouTube.
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and social media content using Canva.
• Collaborate on creative briefs, brainstorming concepts and visual ideas.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok).
• Maintain organized asset libraries and follow brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Assist in managing and publishing content on various digital channels.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and Canva design skills.
• Experience using video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Proficiency in Canva for creating professional-looking visuals and marketing assets.
• Understanding of aspect ratios, pacing, transitions, and audio syncing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong storytelling instincts.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Familiarity with YouTube content strategy or experience managing a vlog/channel.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, Canva animation)
• Background in marketing, social media, or brand storytelling
