  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks to keep the facility in good working order
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the building's infrastructure.
  • Respond to and resolve any maintenance-related issues or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and address any areas for improvement or potential problems
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

المتطلبات

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handy person role, preferably within the automotive or trades & services industry
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, with the ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both colleagues and customers
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
