• Performs general cleaning of buildings and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Assist with building maintenance tasks, including minor repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Performs plumbing, electrical, and other systems.

Qualifications:

• With 1-2 years experience as a maintenance/utility worker
• With good personality and hardworking
• Willing to be assigned in Timog, Quezon City (Head Office)
