We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless user interfaces.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, and interaction flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in design elements by following UI/UX best practices and brand guidelines.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Ability to think critically and solve design challenges effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
