Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations in a timely and safe manner.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular inspections to ensure it operates efficiently.
Adhere to all traffic laws and establish routes to optimize time-management and fuel usage.
Provide professional and courteous service to all passengers.
Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, or cargo and passenger reports.
Handle emergency situations and breakdowns effectively.
Collaborate with the Symanpro team to facilitate outstanding human resources solutions.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum completion of High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: Less than 1 Year of driving experience required; fresh graduates may apply.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in operating various types of vehicles, knowledge of local traffic laws, navigation and GPS usage, basic vehicle maintenance skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Safe transportation of passengers or goods, maintaining the vehicle in clean and working condition, adhering to schedules and routes.
Working Conditions: Flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends, ability to work in various weather conditions, expected to lift moderate weights.
Qualities and Traits: Punctuality, reliability, excellent communication and organizational skills, clean driving record, and a strong sense of direction.
