• Oversee and execute the day-to-day activities of the Treasury team, ensuring efficient and effective fulfillment of all responsibilities
• Manage regulatory compliance related to Treasury operations, including preparation and submission of reports to government agencies
• Monitor and fulfill the company’s cash requirements, ensuring sufficient cash availability for timely settlement of obligations
• Prepare weekly cash position reports and monthly cash forecasts to support the group’s funding needs
• Maintain and update bank records in compliance with local and global banking regulations, including adherence to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas guidelines
• Ensure full compliance with all loan covenant requirements
• Provide support for fund-raising activities and related financial initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of all loan-related obligations
• Prepare loan reports and manage month-end loan transaction processing
• Serve as the primary resource for all banking matters and perform other related duties as assigned to support business operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related treasury field (MBA is an advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years full-time relevant experience (experience in the energy sector preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial software
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
