1. Primarily responsible in overseeing all treasury transactions to ensure timely delivery of services and availability of funds.
2. Timely and accurately checks and uploads payroll
3. Timely uploads Government Remittances
4. Timely uploads Tax Payment
5. Checks and uploads commission
6. Checks RFP payment (Audit debit)6. Checks petty cash replenishment
7. Checks daily deposit vs. deposit slip
8. Checks unreleased cash advances
9. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Financial Accounting

EXPERIENCE

2 to 4 years of work experience in the same field

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of Accounting Principles

SKILLS

Computer Literate; Peach Tree Accounting Software; Excel Program

ABILITIES

- Ability to analyze information

- Ability to post accurately the figures / numbers in peach tree system
