الوصف
Receives proper booking (with complete important details) and effectively coordinates with clients on the transport arrangement details
Ensures all bookings from clients are served as much as possible.
Assigns drivers to trucks and provides accurate directions on pickup and/or delivery arrangements (destination and other specific requirements of client) and ensures timely delivery of transport service.
Provides proper monitoring and communication with truck drivers and helpers for clear instructions and updates (through cell phones and other available communication devices)
Conducts pre-trip briefing with haulers and include discussion of safety policies and programs,
Assists and guides drivers in dealing and coping up with unexpected in-transit issues encountered tie., closed loading dock, overweight loads, or any type of accident or incident)
Checks/Monitors Truck Drivers and Movement of Trucks in and out of terminals, and transfers the Trip Records into the company's official files.
Handles booking and transport issues and relays it to Operations Supervisor including any request and/or complaint from clients'
Ensures containers arrive at final destination on agreed and required schedule and updates container monitoring report,
Responds appropriately to queries and provides updates to Truck Drivers for safe and efficient performance of transport service to clients (i.e., road blocks, re-routing, traffic situation, weather updates, various existing road and other possible incidents.
Ensures that the corresponding cargo goes with the appropriate Delivery Receipt.
Monitors and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Clients (thru email and/or telephone/cell phone) cases of overstaying cargoes on trucks.
Coordinates with site QHSSE officer in the implementation and control of QHSSE programs.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor and/HDD
المتطلبات
Educational Attainment .
College graduate of any course Experience .
At least one (1) year experience in doing task related to dispatching and distribution.
Skills
Proficient in Ms Office applications (Word, Excel) .
Willingness to keep abreast of new developments in the field of dispatch management .
With effective communication skills both written and oral English .
Has keen eye for details . Must be able to deliver effectively with minimal supervision and capable of multitasking .
Possess good judgment and decision making capability, good leadership and administrative skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines .
Results-oriented, possess good analytical skills and must be mathematically sound.
Able to plan, organize, implement and control various programs for improvements.
Has positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent and proactive,
