  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field.

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, customer service, scheduling, problem-solving, teamwork, Salesforce, and account management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
