- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year in sales or telesales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Training, Customer Relationship Management, and Salesforce.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct cold calls, nurture client relationships, and meet sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with a focus on phone communication.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong teamwork abilities, excellent communication skills, and a persuasive attitude.
