Handles outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company offerings, generate leads, and assist in closing sales opportunities. Works closely with the sales and marketing team to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls from the office to assigned lead lists.
• Present products/services and explain key features to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Set appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Update call logs, customer information, and feedback in the database.
• Achieve daily call quotas and conversion KPIs.
• Participate in office-based meetings, coaching sessions, and team activities.
• Maintain professional behavior aligned with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Telemarketing, BPO, or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to work on-site and follow shifting schedules if needed.
• Team-player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
