Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services.
• Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.
• Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover and follow-up.

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Highly driven individual and result orientated to hit KPIs
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/marketing is a plus.
