- Skills and Competencies: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and proficiency in reading technical diagrams.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, repair equipment, provide customer support, and maintain service records.
- Working Conditions: Field and workshop environments, potentially with exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions. Requires physical dexterity and occasionally lifting heavy equipment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
