Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide aftersales service and technical support for e-bike customers in the assigned region.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues related to motors, batteries, controllers, and other components.
• Conduct maintenance, inspections, and performance checks.
• Coordinate with head office and service teams for warranty claims and complex cases.
• Train local dealers and service partners on technical troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory in your area.
• Visit customer locations or service centers when needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Technical/Vocational diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical repair, preferably in e-bikes, motorcycles, or electric vehicles.
• Knowledge in diagnosing battery systems, motor controllers, and wiring schematics.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Can work independently and manage service schedules efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage
