After Sales Tech Support

As an After Sales Tech Support, you will provide after-sales service and technical support for outdoor batteries, mobile power products, and more. This includes handling customer service inquiries such as returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, as well as guiding customers—in English—on product usage and troubleshooting. Your role is to ensure a positive, clear, and professional experience for English-speaking customers.


Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries in English regarding products, returns, exchanges, warranties, and reorders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders promptly and professionally.
  • Handle any customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strive to provide a positive and memorable customer experience on every call.

Additional Tasks

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
  • Adhere to all company procedures and standards for transaction processing and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Excellent English Communication: Fluent spoken and written English skills are essential for clear communication with customers.
  • Customer-Focused: Friendly and patient demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and input customer information.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and after-sales software.
  • Typing Skills: Proficient typing for efficient data entry.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an agent role, preferably in a BPO setting.


Work Set-Up

  • Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig (office-based), night shift
  • Flexible to work a shifting schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays
  • Can start immediately
  • Preferred applicants within Metro Manila
