Have a knack for troubleshooting? Then you are the one we are looking for. Join us at Virtua Solutions Outsourcing and showcase your talent as a Technical Support Representative. This is a full-time role, eastern time, and permanent work-from-home set-up.
You’ll be learning the ins and outs of our product as well as our processes
You’ll respond to inbound support requests via email, chat or calls (10-20 calls per day)
Troubleshoot issues as surfaced by users
Use our knowledgebase to determine how to handle user issues
Identify gaps in our knowledgebase and file an update request
You’ll need to be active in giving feedback on how we can make our processes/product better.

Topnotch English Skills - Written and Verbal
Excellent Internet connection. Equipment ready: headset and webcam.
You’ll be the first person that our users interact with, so you should be friendly and personable!
Has the presence of mind
Team player
Problem solver
Quick learner who wants to constantly improve.
Reliable and values punctuality. We need you to be on during business hours and able to answer emails as soon as possible.
You may not know a lot about tech, but you’re excited to learn more about it
Experience with tech support is a plus.
