We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to become a key part of our growing team. If you have a proven track record in technical sales — especially with vacuum pumps, air tools, fans, blowers, or similar industrial products — we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do

As our Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing expert technical solutions and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets while contributing to overall company growth.
  • Leveraging your technical knowledge to understand and promote our products effectively.
  • Staying up to date with industry and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Designing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to provide end-to-end customer support.
  • Preparing impactful sales presentations, proposals, and detailed product documentation.
  • Conducting product demos and explaining complex technical features in a clear, client-focused manner.
  • Recommending product modifications to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and providing market intelligence.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and handling concerns promptly.
  • Taking on additional related tasks as necessary to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in technical sales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in sales of vacuum pumps, air tools, fans, blowers, or related equipment (required).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Willingness to travel and do field work as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
  • Willingness to be assigned in the Manila area.
