Role Overview

Lead and support large-scale enterprise IT infrastructure transformation projects. Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth execution and alignment with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Oversee planning and execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects.
• Migration Strategy: Design structured migration plans from current to future infrastructure.
• Dependency Management: Analyze and manage technical interdependencies across projects.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with global/local teams, joint ventures, and suppliers.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate in shaping IT infrastructure strategy and global working groups.
• Resource Oversight: Manage budgets, contracts, and suppliers with transparency.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure (On-premise, Cloud, Network, Digital Workplace)
• Experience in IT service management (ITSM) and related tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills
• Ability to express technical concepts in business terms
• Up-to-date with technology trends and proactive in improvement initiatives

Experience

• 5+ years in IT, with several years in infrastructure management and operations
• Experience in global-scale infrastructure design and implementation
• Proven project/program management skills (certification preferred)
• Hands-on ITSM experience (incident, problem, change, asset, patch management)
• Experience in post-merger readiness and operational transition
