Job Title: Technical Service Engineer

Job Description:

• Focus on asset servicing and repair for both office and field-based concerns
• Provide service support to malls
• Perform technical writing
• Supervise technical team, including scheduling and deployment
• Serve as technical liaison for operations
• Coordinate with Regional Technical Service Engineers
• Assist in supplier coordination
• Procure critical parts
• Conduct IT equipment research and development
• Prepare and issue quotations for service activities
• Assist in verification of shop drawings and QA of implemented designs
• Maintain deployed assets to ensure proper condition
• Assist in content updating and validation of Technical Service Engineers’ tasks, photos, and monthly documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate of any Technical-related course, preferably in Computer Technology, IT, Instrumentation Technology, or Computer and Electronics Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field
• Familiar with IoT and power control systems
• Skilled in conventional and wave soldering techniques
• Able to accurately diagnose computer and electronic issues and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Basic electrical skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms
• Efficient time management and ability to work within deadlines
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in technical writing
• Background in computer network management and LED systems is a plus
• Customer care oriented

Work Set Up: Onsite (Monday to Friday) with field work
