TECHNICAL MANAGER - ISOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC.

• Directly reports to Operations Manager
• Responsible for monitoring and scheduling of Proof of Concept and Implementation to clients of iSolutions International, Inc. Manila, Cebu and Davao for all products.
• Responsible for the weekly schedule of the onsite technical engineers.
• Responsible for reviewing and updating technical documents, if needed
• Responsible for close monitoring of technical inquiries, support cases and health check
• Responsible to enhance Technical knowledge and skills of Engineers
• Serves as 3rd level support for both cases of Pre-Sales Cases and After-Sales Cases
• Close monitoring of inquiries & outstanding cases
• Monitoring and scheduling of Quarterly Health Check
• Monitoring the daily schedule of technical engineers
• Responsible and ensures the quality of Products conducting regular Product Evaluation
• Willing to work on-site

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a technical management role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong mentoring abilities, technical management expertise, and product management knowledge.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote flexibility.
