  • Prepare and serve a variety of teas, including loose leaf and specialty blends.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area.
  • Engage with customers, providing recommendations and educating them about teas.
  • Ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience.
  • Manage inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience necessary, training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, proficiency in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential for weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication.
