Essential Functions

• Proactively source candidates for Corporate, ESL Instructors and Foreign Language Instructors using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Develop and post clear, compelling job descriptions across relevant platforms.
• Ensure consistent branding and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment between job descriptions and required qualifications.
• Maintain a strong and up-to-date pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating terms where appropriate.
• Support the company’s diversity hiring goals by ensuring inclusive recruitment practices.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Preferred Education and Experience

• Must be a graduate of Human Resource Development/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Proven experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including best practice approaches in line with current industry benchmarks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
