  • We are seeking a non-technical recruiter to help us find and connect with talented people in the web3 and blockchain space. Your main tasks will be sourcing candidates through social media and web3 communities, screening applicants for cultural fit, and building relationships with potential hires. You don’t need a technical background, but you should be familiar with blockchain trends and enjoy engaging with online communities. If you’re organized, a good communicator, and eager to learn about web3, we’d love to hear from you!
