We’re looking for a results-driven recruitment professional with a strong background in end-to-end hiring and basic accounting support—especially P&L analysis. This role works closely with the CEO and supports both talent strategy and financial alignment in recruitment operations.

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or Accounting
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Knowledgeable in P&L statements and cost tracking
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment metrics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Own laptop (At Least Core i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM) & strong internet (Aleast 50 - 10 mbps)
• Confident personality; can collaborate directly with top management
