  • Manage background check and drug screening processes in coordination with vendors.
  • Prepare recruitment activity reports and assist with data tracking.
  • Ensure documentation compliance and accurate filing of employment records.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and document collection for new hires.
