الوصف

  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Post job advertisements and maintain updated job listings
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate interview between applicants and hiring managers
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews or pre-screenings
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding process and documentation of new hires
  • Assist in creating recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics
  • Represent the company in job fairs or recruitment events
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
  • Open to fresh grads with recruitment internship
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and basic recruitment metrics is a plus
  • Can handle multiple tasks and deadlines
