- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
- Finding best Talent for Supply Chain and negotiations for handling Daily laborer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and training and development.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the recruitment process, support employee relations, and contribute to talent management initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical full-time hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptable, and a team player.
